Crust:
- 250g digestive biscuits, crushed
Filling:
- 395g sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
Topping:
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 100g toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8 inch baking tin with parchment paper.
- Mix Biscuits and Milk: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and condensed milk until evenly coated.
- Add Hazelnuts: Stir in half of the chopped hazelnuts.
- Press into Tin: Press the mixture firmly into the lined tin using a spatula or back of a spoon.
- Add Chocolate: Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top and spread evenly.
- Top with Hazelnuts: Sprinkle remaining hazelnuts over the chocolate layer.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Serve: Lift from tin, slice into squares with a hot knife, and serve.
