Description

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs and scramble gently until fluffy and just set.
  3. Toast the bagel halves until golden.
