  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange and Bake: Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
