For the Chicken:
- 1 lb chicken tenders, pounded to 1/2″ thickness
- Salt & pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
For the Sliders:
- 8 small slider buns
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter, for toasting buns
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp honey
- Splash of lime juice
Instructions
- Prep Chicken: Season chicken tenders with salt & pepper.
- Bread the Chicken: Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
- Cook: Fry breaded chicken in 2 Tbsp oil over medium–high heat for 3–4 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- Make Sauce: Whisk together all Bang Bang sauce ingredients, adjusting sweetness and spice to taste.
- Assemble: Lightly toast buns with butter. Layer bottom buns with fried chicken, Swiss cheese, drizzle with sauce, and add the top buns.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately while hot and crispy!
Notes
- You can increase the heat of the sauce by adding more sriracha if desired.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite cheese or additional toppings.
