- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup warm milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping and Filling:

Instructions
- Dissolve Yeast: In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 tsp sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, salt, milk, and oil. Add yeast mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead and Rise: Knead dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours, or until doubled.
- Shape Dough: Punch down the dough and divide into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten slightly.
- Add Sesame Seeds: Press one side of each disc into sesame seeds.
- Fry Donuts: Heat oil to 325°F (160°C). Fry each donut, sesame-side up, flipping once, until golden and puffed (about 2–3 minutes per side).
