Description

A smoky, finger-licking platter of tender BBQ ribs glazed in rich, sticky sauce, spicy jalapeños stuffed with creamy cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon, and charred sweet corn fresh off the grill — the ultimate backyard barbecue feast.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, halved
  • 2 ears fresh corn, husked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Season ribs with salt and black pepper.
  2. Place ribs on the grill, cover, and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally and basting with BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture and wrap with a piece of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Grill jalapeño poppers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is crisp and jalapeños are tender.
  5. Brush corn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
  6. Serve ribs, poppers, and corn hot off the grill.

Notes

  • For extra smoky flavor, add wood chips to the grill.
  • Use pepper jack cheese for spicier poppers.
  • Serve with lime wedges and fresh herbs for added brightness.
