Description

A vibrant ruby-red mocktail spritzer made with hibiscus tea and muddled berries, offering a tart, floral punch balanced with fizz and fruitiness.


Ingredients

  • 1 hibiscus tea bag
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Steep the hibiscus tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes, then chill.
  2. Muddle the berries with maple syrup in a shaker.
  3. Add ice, pour in chilled tea, then top with sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently and pour into a glass.
  5. Garnish with mint and a berry skewer.

Notes

  • Use frozen berries if fresh are unavailable.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
