- 4 hoagie rolls or hot dog buns
- 4 crispy chicken tenders (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/4 cup ranch or spicy mayo (for spread)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Warm hoagie rolls or buns and slice open without cutting all the way through.
- Spread ranch or spicy mayo on the inside of each bun.
- Layer in the pickles, followed by one crispy chicken tender per sandwich.
- Add a strip of crispy bacon to each, then top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion.
- Sprinkle with a touch of salt and pepper.
- Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
