Description

Creamy frozen yogurt bites swirled with a vibrant homemade blueberry sauce. These refreshing, low-calorie treats are perfect for a quick snack or light dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: granola or crushed nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until the berries burst and the sauce thickens. Let it cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  3. Line a mini muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into each liner.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry sauce on top of each yogurt cup.
  6. Swirl the sauce into the yogurt with a toothpick or skewer to create a marbled effect.
  7. Top with a sprinkle of granola or crushed nuts if using.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Store the bites in freezer-safe containers and keep frozen until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Ensure the blueberry sauce is fully cooled before swirling into the yogurt.
  • Use silicone liners for easy removal of frozen bites.
  • Customize with other berries or yogurt flavors for variety.
