Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cookie base: Combine browned butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Press into pan.
  3. Prepare pistachio layer: Blend pistachios and sugar, then add butter and condensed milk. Spread over the cookie base.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20–22 minutes, then cool.
  5. Melt chocolate topping: Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and pour over cooled bars.
