Brownies:

  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed

Ice Cream Filling:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and line pans.
  2. Mix together melted butter, sugars, and eggs.
  3. Add in oil and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry mixture to wet mixture.
