- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions or homemade recipe.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean; avoid overbaking.
- Immediately press centers gently with a spoon to form cups. Cool completely in pan.
- Remove brownie cups carefully from tin.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream into each brownie cup.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top.
- Serve immediately.
