Description

Decadent chocolate brownie cups filled with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate syrup, and topped with colorful sprinkles for a fun and indulgent dessert.

  • 1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions or homemade recipe.
  3. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean; avoid overbaking.
  5. Immediately press centers gently with a spoon to form cups. Cool completely in pan.
  6. Remove brownie cups carefully from tin.
  7. Scoop vanilla ice cream into each brownie cup.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top.
  9. Serve immediately.
