Description

These Butterfinger Balls are a delightful treat that combines the creamy goodness of peanut butter with the crunch of graham crackers and the sweetness of chocolate. Perfect for holiday gatherings or as a special homemade gift!

For the Butterfinger Balls:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not all natural types)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened (1/2 stick)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup crushed Butterfinger bars

For Coating and Garnish:

  • 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips
  • Garnish with additional crushed Butterfingers, holiday sprinkles, or coarse salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter, beat with an electric mixer until well mixed. You can also use a stand mixer.
  2. Add vanilla extract and blend until combined.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar in batches, blending on low speed, scraping down the sides.
  4. Gently stir in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfingers.
  5. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper, scoop out dough into balls, and place on the sheet.
  6. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  7. Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  8. Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate.
  9. Sprinkle with additional crushed Butterfingers, holiday sprinkles, or salt.
  10. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
