Description

A luscious dessert featuring whipped vanilla cream, buttery oat crumble, silky caramel drizzle, and a scoop of creamy ice cream — the perfect mix of soft, crunchy, and indulgent textures in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola or oat crumble
  • 1/4 cup crushed toasted hazelnuts or almonds
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 scoops vanilla or caramel ice cream
  • 1 tbsp butter (for toasting crumble, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. If desired, toast granola or oat crumble with 1 tbsp butter in a pan for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant. Let cool.

  4. Sprinkle toasted granola and crushed nuts around and over the cream.
  5. Drizzle with rich caramel sauce.
