Description

Mini cheeseburgers with juicy beef patties, melted cheese, caramelized onions, and fresh toppings, all nestled in soft slider buns for a perfect bite-sized treat.

  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • For the Toppings:
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Ketchup and mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Form mixture into 6 small patties, slightly smaller than buns.
  3. Heat skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
  4. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to preference.
  5. Place cheese slice on each patty during last minute of cooking; cover to melt cheese.
  6. In the same skillet, cook sliced onions over low heat for about 10 minutes until caramelized.
  7. Lightly toast slider buns.
  8. Assemble sliders: patty with cheese on bottom bun, top with caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, and optional pickles, ketchup, or mustard.
  9. Cover with top bun and serve immediately.
