- For the Sliders:

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- For the Toppings:
- Shredded lettuce
- Pickles (optional)
- Ketchup and mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form mixture into 6 small patties, slightly smaller than buns.
- Heat skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to preference.
- Place cheese slice on each patty during last minute of cooking; cover to melt cheese.
- In the same skillet, cook sliced onions over low heat for about 10 minutes until caramelized.
- Lightly toast slider buns.
- Assemble sliders: patty with cheese on bottom bun, top with caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, and optional pickles, ketchup, or mustard.
- Cover with top bun and serve immediately.
