Instructions
- Start by soaking the chia seeds in water for about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Once the chia seeds have absorbed the water and formed a gel-like consistency, stir in the lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves for added flavor.
- Drink immediately or store in the fridge for later consumption.
