Description

This simple, tangy marinade creates juicy, flavorful, and tender chicken perfect for grilling, baking, or pan-frying. The Greek yogurt base adds a rich creaminess to the dish.


Ingredients

Marinade:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add Parsley: Mix in chopped parsley for freshness if desired.
  3. Marinate Chicken: Place chicken in a bag or dish, pour marinade over it, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Cook Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, cook on grill, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or pan-fry until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
