- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Sandwich:
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Optional: mayonnaise or garlic aioli
Instructions
- Season Chicken: Toss chicken strips with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Sauté Veggies: In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell peppers until softened and caramelized.
