  • 3 Cup Sugar
  • 6 Large Eggs At Room Temperature
  • 2 Teaspoons Pure Almond Extract
  • 1 Cup Full Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan with baking spray.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream Butter and Sugar: In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add Eggs and Extract: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in almond extract.
  5. Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream to the butter mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 75-80 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
