This rich and creamy quiche combines diced ham, gooey cheddar and mozzarella, and a tender egg custard all baked into a flaky pie crust. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or an easy make-ahead breakfast.

- 1 deep dish pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups ham, diced
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 8 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Layer the diced ham, cheddar, mozzarella, and green onions evenly in the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked ham for convenience.
- Great served with a side salad or fruit.
- Can be refrigerated and reheated for up to 3 days.
