Main Meatloaf:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Glaze:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape and glaze: Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix glaze ingredients and spread over the meatloaf.
