  • ¼ cup finely ground coffee beans
  • 1 cup (125 g) confectioners’ sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly brewed coffee (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets: Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Set aside.
