Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and chopped mandarin orange segments. Mix until well blended.
- Fold in chopped pecans for texture and added flavor.
- Lay out slices of cinnamon swirl bread and spread a generous amount of the filling onto half of the slices.
- Top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
- Trim crusts if desired and cut each sandwich into quarters (triangles or rectangles).
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving for cleaner cuts and firmer filling.
