- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions

- Add the vegetables and cheese: Fold in the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and shredded mozzarella cheese until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Transfer to baking dish: Spoon the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula to ensure consistent baking.
- Bake the dip: Place the dish in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
- Serve warm: Remove from the oven and serve the dip hot with your choice of bread slices, tortilla chips, or crackers for dipping.
Notes
- Be sure to thoroughly drain the spinach and artichokes to prevent the dip from becoming watery.
- For extra flavor, consider adding some grated Parmesan cheese or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- This dip can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- If you prefer, you can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream to reduce fat content.
