  • 9 oz three cheese tortellini

Vegetables:

  • 1/2 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup chopped asparagus
  • 2 large garlic cloves

Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 0.25 lb crispy slices of bacon (56 slices)
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook Tortellini: Boil tortellini as per package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Saute Onions: In a pan over medium heat, saute onions until transparent.
