- 1/4 tsp Black pepper (Freshly cracked for best flavor)
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs (Dried basil, oregano, or thyme)
- 1/4 tsp Paprika (Smoked paprika for depth)
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Water (Add more if dough is too crumbly)
Instructions
- Baking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: combine almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients: beat the egg and water together, then pour into the dry mixture and stir to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until paper-thin (1/8-inch thick).
- Cut into squares or shapes, ensuring they are close together.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden at the edges, rotating halfway through.
- Cool completely on the baking sheet, breaking apart along scored lines.
