These Crispy Keto Almond Flour Crackers are a delightful homemade alternative to store-bought crackers. Made with almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and a blend of herbs and spices, these crackers are perfect for snacking or serving with dips.

  • 2 cups Almond flour (Use blanched for best texture)
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated preferred)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt (Fine sea salt recommended)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper (Freshly cracked for best flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs (Dried basil, oregano, or thyme)
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika (Smoked paprika for depth)

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Water (Add more if dough is too crumbly)

Instructions

  1. Baking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: combine almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients: beat the egg and water together, then pour into the dry mixture and stir to form a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until paper-thin (1/8-inch thick).
  5. Cut into squares or shapes, ensuring they are close together.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden at the edges, rotating halfway through.
  7. Cool completely on the baking sheet, breaking apart along scored lines.
