Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot and pour in chicken broth. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and shreds easily.
- Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the crock pot.
- Stir in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until melted and creamy.
- Cover and heat on low for an additional 20–30 minutes.
- Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto toasted buns. Serve hot.
