- 1 bottle chilled rosé wine
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
- 1/4 cup vodka or strawberry-flavored vodka
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda or sparkling water (for topping just before serving)
- Ice, to serve
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine rosé wine, orange liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, and orange juice. Stir to blend.
- Add sliced lemon, orange, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours for deeper flavor.
- Just before serving, add ice to glasses and top each pour with a splash of soda or sparkling water for fizz.
- Garnish with extra berries and a citrus slice on the rim for a beautiful presentation.
Notes
- Use a dry rosé if you prefer a less sweet sangria.
- Make ahead to allow the fruit to infuse and flavors to deepen.
- Adjust the amount of simple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
