Description

A romantic and refreshing pink sangria perfect for date nights, Valentine’s Day, or brunch with a twist. Made with crisp rosé, fresh citrus, and sweet berries, it’s a beautiful, bubbly blend that’s as delicious as it is stunning.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled rosé wine
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
  • 1/4 cup vodka or strawberry-flavored vodka
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda or sparkling water (for topping just before serving)
  • Ice, to serve

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine rosé wine, orange liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, and orange juice. Stir to blend.
  2. Add sliced lemon, orange, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours for deeper flavor.
  4. Just before serving, add ice to glasses and top each pour with a splash of soda or sparkling water for fizz.
  5. Garnish with extra berries and a citrus slice on the rim for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

  • Use a dry rosé if you prefer a less sweet sangria.
  • Make ahead to allow the fruit to infuse and flavors to deepen.
  • Adjust the amount of simple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
