- 1 tablespoon milk (Use as needed to adjust consistency.)
Instructions
- Baking Instructions – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground nutmeg.
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until well combined.
