Main Ingredients:
- 350 g whole milk
- 45 g granulated sugar
- 100 g coconut milk
- 150 g heavy cream
Additional Ingredients:
- 10 g gelatin sheets
- 10 g pandan powder
- shredded coconut (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine whole milk and granulated sugar: In a saucepan, heat whole milk and granulated sugar over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
- Mix pandan powder: In a small bowl, mix warm milk with pandan powder until smooth. Add to the saucepan and stir well.
- Soften gelatin sheets: Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.
- Heat milk mixture: Heat the milk mixture until 50°C, then remove from heat.
- Dissolve gelatin: Squeeze out excess water from gelatin sheets, then stir into the warm milk mixture until melted. Add coconut milk and heavy cream, mix until smooth.
- Strain mixture: Strain the mixture through a sieve into a bowl, then pour into molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with shredded coconut or pandan leaves before serving.
Notes
- You can use fresh pandan leaves for a more intense flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of sugar used.
