Ripe Plantains:

Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice Plantains: Peel & slice ripe plantains into ½-inch diagonal pieces.
- Coat with Seasoning: Toss plantain slices with olive oil and sea salt until lightly coated.
