  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice Plantains: Peel & slice ripe plantains into ½-inch diagonal pieces.
  3. Coat with Seasoning: Toss plantain slices with olive oil and sea salt until lightly coated.
  4. Arrange & Bake: Arrange slices on baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Flip & Serve: Flip slices halfway through baking for even browning. Serve warm for best taste.
