Instructions
- Prepare the Crust – In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, then cut in butter. Add egg yolk and water, chill dough. Roll out, press into tart pan, bake.
- Make the Mousse – Melt white chocolate, whip cream to soft peaks, fold in chocolate and vanilla.
- Stabilize the Mousse (Optional) – Dissolve gelatin in warm milk, mix into mousse.
- Assemble the Tart – Pour mousse into crust, chill for 2 hours.
