Instructions
- Heat sesame oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger: Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook ground chicken: Brown and fully cook, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in sauces: Soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add water chestnuts and green onions: Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Fill lettuce leaves: Spoon the mixture into individual leaves.
- Garnish and serve: Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
