  • Sesame seeds and extra green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger: Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook ground chicken: Brown and fully cook, breaking it up with a spatula.
  4. Stir in sauces: Soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add water chestnuts and green onions: Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Fill lettuce leaves: Spoon the mixture into individual leaves.
