Instructions
- Cook the Bacon & Sausage: In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Set aside. Cook sausage patties until browned and cooked through.
- Prepare the Hash Browns: Bake or pan-fry hash brown patties according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- Cook the Eggs: Heat butter or oil in a skillet. Crack eggs into egg rings (optional for round shape). Cook until whites are set, leaving yolks slightly runny or fully cooked to preference. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Toast English muffins. On each bottom half, layer sausage, egg, cheese, bacon, and a hash brown. Top with muffin lid.
