  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

For the Frosting:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Additional sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Combine wet ingredients: Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk, mixing until just combined.
  5. Add sprinkles: Fold in sprinkles gently. Pour batter into bundt pan.
  6. Bake: Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool and frost: Cool completely before frosting. For frosting, beat butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Pipe swirls on top and decorate with more sprinkles.
