Dry Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
For the Frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Additional sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Combine wet ingredients: Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk, mixing until just combined.
- Add sprinkles: Fold in sprinkles gently. Pour batter into bundt pan.
- Bake: Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and frost: Cool completely before frosting. For frosting, beat butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Pipe swirls on top and decorate with more sprinkles.
