Jello Gelatin:
- 1 box (6 oz) strawberry Jello gelatin (or your favorite flavor)
Greek Yogurt Mixture:
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt (whole milk preferred, vanilla or plain)
Liquid:
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Optional Toppings:
- whipped cream or Cool Whip whipped topping
- fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add gelatin and pour in boiling water.
- Whisk in Greek yogurt until well combined.
- Pour cold water and give a slight stir. Transfer to 8 individual serving dishes (approximately 6 oz each) or a medium serving bowl.
- Cover and chill until fully set, approximately 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and strawberries for garnish, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 5 days.
