- 2 Pounds Yellow Potatoes (Baby or Full Size, Cut Into 1 1/2-inch Pieces)
Seasoning:
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Finishing Touches:
- 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut Potatoes: Halve baby potatoes or cut full-sized potatoes into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
