These Grilled Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are a delicious side dish perfect for any barbecue or cookout. Tender potatoes seasoned with garlic, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese, then grilled to perfection.

Potatoes:
- 2 Pounds Yellow Potatoes (Either Baby or Full Size Cut Into 1 1/2-inch Pieces)
Seasonings:
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Finishing Touches:
- 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Cut baby potatoes in half, or cut full sized potatoes into 1 1/2-inches.
- Place potatoes, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and toss well.
- Divide the potatoes between 5 sheets heavy duty aluminum foil.
- Fold the sides over and enclose to create packages.
- Place foil packs on grill, and cook 20 to 25 minutes turning halfway. Cook until potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife.
- Open packages, dump into a bowl and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
