Ground Turkey Chili Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened. Stir occasionally.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beans, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
