  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 4 slices red onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Grill: Preheat grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
