Main Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 4 slices red onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil (for grilling)

Instructions
- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Prepare Patties: Form ground beef into 4 equal patties, season with salt and pepper.
