Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, dried cranberries (or raisins), cinnamon, and salt.
- Prepare Wet Mixture: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt natural peanut butter and honey until smooth; then stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Shape and Bake: Scoop out portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each ball slightly. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
