- 125 g unsalted butter
- 120 g caster sugar
- 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 60 ml milk
Icing:
- 90 g desiccated coconut, divided
- 180 g icing sugar
Instructions
- Prepare Base: Line a square baking tin with baking paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Mix Ingredients: Place the crushed biscuits and half of the desiccated coconut into a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the biscuits and mix until evenly combined.
- Press Into Tin: Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin and smooth the surface. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Prepare Icing: In a bowl, mix icing sugar with the remaining coconut and a small amount of melted butter and milk until spreadable.
