  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Hot Honey Drizzle

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

For Assembly

  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potatoes with seasonings, roast for 25-30 mins.
