Description

A creamy and comforting milk tea infused with natural vanilla and warm cinnamon, lightly sweetened and beautifully swirled for a cozy treat. This aromatic beverage is served iced, with luscious caramel tones dancing through every sip.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 black tea bags (or 2 tsp loose-leaf black tea)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 12 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Steep the black tea in boiling water for 5–7 minutes, then remove tea bags or strain leaves. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over low heat until just steaming. Stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sweetener.
  3. Use a whisk or frother to mix the milk until slightly frothy.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the cooled tea over the ice, then slowly pour in the warm spiced milk.
  6. Swirl gently to mix, allowing the vanilla and cinnamon to streak beautifully through the drink.
  7. Serve immediately with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste using your preferred sweetener.
  • Use oat milk or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Add a dash of nutmeg for an extra layer of spice.
