- 2 tablespoons raspberry puree (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract + sweetener
- Ice cubes
Optional Toppings
- Whipped cream
- Fresh raspberries

Instructions
- Prepare the Raspberry Puree: If you don’t have store-bought raspberry puree, make your own by blending fresh or frozen raspberries until smooth. Chill the puree before using it in the drink.
- Brew and Chill Your Coffee: Brew two shots of espresso or ½ cup of strong coffee using a French press, espresso machine, or stovetop moka pot. Allow the coffee to cool completely before assembling the drink.
- Assemble the Drink: In a tall glass, add the raspberry puree and vanilla syrup or vanilla extract mixed with sweetener. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the Milk: Add your milk of choice into the glass and gently stir to combine the ingredients evenly.
- Add the Coffee: Slowly pour the chilled espresso or coffee over the milk and raspberry mixture to create a beautiful, layered effect.
- Garnish and Serve: Top the iced latte with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and crushed freeze-dried raspberries if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing drink.
Notes
- Use chilled vanilla chai tea concentrate or steeped chai tea bags in place of coffee for a different flavor twist.
- Add extra cinnamon or cardamom to the drink for a warm, spicy note.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup instead of vanilla syrup to suit your taste preferences.
