Instructions
- Freeze the Marshmallows: Freeze the marshmallows for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare Wet Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Coat Marshmallows: Dip each frozen marshmallow into the wet mixture.
- Apply Pancake Mix: Coat the marshmallow with pancake mix.
- Heat Oil: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry Marshmallows: Fry the coated marshmallows for 30-45 seconds until golden brown.
- Drain and Serve: Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
