- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- A pinch of kosher salt
Garlic Herb Butter:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- Dash of pepper
Instructions
- Sun-Dried Tomato Butter: Chop parsley and sun-dried tomatoes finely. Combine all ingredients in a mixer until smooth. Shape into a log and refrigerate.
- Lemon Butter: Grate lemon zest, mix with sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Refrigerate after combining.
- Garlic Herb Butter: Chop garlic and thyme, mix with softened butter and pepper. Refrigerate before use.
