  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped flat parsley
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • A pinch of kosher salt and pepper

Lemon Butter:

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of kosher salt

Garlic Herb Butter:

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • Dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Sun-Dried Tomato Butter: Chop parsley and sun-dried tomatoes finely. Combine all ingredients in a mixer until smooth. Shape into a log and refrigerate.
  2. Lemon Butter: Grate lemon zest, mix with sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Refrigerate after combining.
  3. Garlic Herb Butter: Chop garlic and thyme, mix with softened butter and pepper. Refrigerate before use.
