  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let the mixture bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth (8–10 minutes).
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough, divide into 12 balls, and place in a greased muffin tin.
  6. Press garlic and rosemary into the tops of the dough balls, then drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–22 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
