- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast

- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp sugar
Instructions
- Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let the mixture bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth (8–10 minutes).
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, divide into 12 balls, and place in a greased muffin tin.
- Press garlic and rosemary into the tops of the dough balls, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–22 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
