- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment.
- Mix Cinnamon Sugar: Stir together brown erythritol and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Set aside.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: Whisk together eggs, butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Blend in almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
- Swirl in Cinnamon Sugar: Add the cinnamon sugar and swirl in gently with a spatula.
- Prepare Pan and Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Optionally top with more cinnamon sugar. Bake for 30 minutes.
