- 1.5 ounces (45ml) rum or vodka
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lime juice
- 1–2 tablespoons (15-30ml) simple syrup

Instructions
- Prepare the Ube Puree: If using fresh ube, peel and boil the purple yam until tender. Blend it with a splash of water until it reaches a smooth consistency. If using store-bought ube puree, give it a quick stir to ensure it’s evenly mixed.
- Mix the Base: In a blender, combine 2 tablespoons (30g) of ube puree, 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk, 1.5 ounces (45ml) of rum or vodka, 1 tablespoon (15ml) of lime juice, and 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) of simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Chill and Shake: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and pour in the blended mixture. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
